The winery La Conreria d'Scala Dei presents the new vintage of its wine Nona one Organic red wine Made with a blend of Garnacha Tinta, Merlot and Syrah.
These varieties are found in small terraced farms and in "costers", in El Molar, Scala Dei and La Morera, in the heart of the DOQ Priorat. After the harvest, carried out at the optimum moment of ripeness of each of the varieties and plots, the bunches macerate with the skins and ferment in stainless steel tanks for 2 months.
