Idoia Negre It is made on the farm of Ca N'Estruc located on the slope of the mountain of Montserrat in the municipality of Esparreguera. This winery has been linked to wine since 1548. Made with Syrah and Grenache and 12 months of parenting In French oak barrels, it is spicy on the nose, with lots of ripe fruit and leather notes. In the mouth it is fresh, sweet and intense.
