Description
With no other ingredients than the white clams themselves (Venerupis Pullastra), water and salt. The clams arrive at the cannery fresh and alive, coming from the nearby estuaries of Arosa and Noya. After washing, they are steamed open and the tins are assembled: each one includes between 18 and 20 clams, carefully placed by hand.
