What happens if I am given a broken bottle?
At the time you receive your order, you must:
- Check the conformity of the goods received at the time of delivery.
- Point out any anomaly on the delivery note, stating your reservations and including your signature.
- Carriers do not allow the return of the goods if the customer opens it, but can check the box from the outside and if you detect that the box is wet or wet, do not accept the order. We will be notified of the incident and will send a new shipment at no cost to you.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
- It will be considered cancellation before the shipment becomes effective. Otherwise it will be considered a return.
- Returns will be accepted up to 7 days later.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened or tampered with.
- The return must be in its original packaging.
- The return will be borne by the user. Except:

SHIPPING CONDITIONS
The shipment will be made at the address indicated from Monday to Friday with a maximum of 48 hours without counting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Except Balearic and Canary Islands.
The product will go in boxes that guarantee that it arrives in perfect condition.
In case the carrier tries to deliver the package and there is no one to receive it, it will leave you a note stating the delivery attempt. They will try up to 3 times on the contrary the order will be returned to origin.
Shipments to Barcelona will be made by the same company COSME OLIVA SL and those of more the transport company TIPSA.
Is it possible to receive the order in its original packaging?
As a rule,it is not possible to send the bottles in their original boxesbecause they are not approved packaging for standard transport and their claim in case of breakage would not be possible; only shipments in approved packaging such as our reinforced cardboard boxes are covered by transport insurance.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipments over € 50 in Barcelona and metropolitan area will be free, but the cost will be € 5.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to thedestinyand thenumber of products purchased. Shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and can be reviewed before finalizing the purchase.
The rates detailed on this page include, in addition to the transport of the products ordered, their packing in boxes specially designed to transport bottles, the sure against loss or breakage, as well as the VAT in the territories where such tax is applied.
