Monte dall'Ora Valpolicella Classico Saseti is a biodynamic red wine made in DOC Valpolicella Classico (Veneto) by Monte dall'Ora with the varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.
Monte dall'Ora Valpolicella Classico Saseti It comes from a single vineyard planted on terraces and cultivated with the traditional Veronese pergola. The vines are cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods and at all times the natural balance of each of the plants is protected. The harvest is manual, following the different maturation of the different strains.
It perfectly expresses the terroir on the terrace. A contrast of lightness and splendor of aromas.
