The distillery pays tribute through this whisky to one of the most important figures of the house: George Smith, founder of The Glenlivet. For the aging of this whiskey, used and new barrels are used. It is made in the valley of Livet (Speyside) at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level which makes it age very slowly.
